There are plenty of cooked ribs out there in the market, but there aren't any that can compare to the Grumpy sous vide cooked ribs!


We use only the finest pork loin ribs, cooking them slowly over many hours, with the ribs being so tender you can literally push the bones away from the meat! 


Due to the cooking process, the ribs can be kept ambient and stored at room temperature, with an incredibly long unique shelf life, making them ideal for customers with restricted chilled storage, such as ships stores, pub chains and restaurants.


From pack to the plate in under 15 minutes, we have not added any sauce to give you a chance to add your own stamp to the product.

  • What kind of ribs are they?

    Our ribs are all pork loin ribs and are free from additives and completely natural.


  • What does Sous Vide mean?

    Sous vide is a method of cooking that utilizes precise temperature control. Sous vide in french means "under vacuum", and this refers to the process of vacuum sealing food in a bag or pouch before cooking


  • Do I have to store your ribs in the fridge?

    Our ribs can be stored in a chilled environment or at room temperature. The cooking process enables us to give a very long shelf life which makes the product ideal for dry room storage if you do not have access to refrigeration.


  • Does your ribs already have sauce added to them?

    Our ribs are completely natural and cooked without sauce. This gives our customers the opportunity to put their own stamp on the product by using a a home made smokey BBQ sauce or perhaps a spicy oriental rub.
