Alongside our Beechwood smoked products, we have developed a wide range of various other cures, which include Maple cure, Dry Cure and Sweet cure which can be produced in both streaky and back bacon formats.
Our team of new product development specialists are always trying to stay ahead of the trend, offering our customers innovative products wherever possible. With this in mind, we have recently developed a fully cooked nitrite-free bacon and also a triple smoked cooked streaky, available in both half and full rashers.

Specialist cooked streaky is cured with different brines, such as sweet cure or maple cure, to give a slightly different flavour profile to standard Beechwood smoked.
